Lavine began her makeup artistry journey as Zanlinez over fifteen years ago. Since then, she has dedicated countless hours to both in-person and online training, continually refining her artistry and expanding her expertise as a professional makeup artist.
As an educator at Downey Adult School, she is committed to staying at the forefront of the esthetics industry through ongoing education and advanced training. Over the past five years, she has expanded her expertise to include a range of specialized services that enhance, rejuvenate, and accentuate each client's natural beauty. Her dedication to lifelong learning ensures that both her students and clients benefit from the latest techniques, innovations, and industry best practices.
With a background in photography and fine art painting, along with a degree from the California Institute of the Arts (CalArts), Lavine brings a distinctive artistic perspective to every service she provides. She combines technical expertise with a creative eye to deliver personalized results that complement each client's individual features and style. Passionate about enhancing natural beauty, she strives to create looks that leave every client feeling confident, radiant, and beautiful.
